Only you can do it.

As my friends know, I've been super cliche with New Year's resolutions since like 2009. I'm aware that new year one after another is not gonna save me, it's not magically gonna make my dreams come true. The only one who can do that is myself. Still there is something magic in the beginning of new year when we're all in this together. Many other people also get the gym card, many try the vegan challenge, some people become more social & some take space.

Kuten frendini hyvin tietävät, olen aina ollut super kliseinen uuden vuoden lupauksien suhteen. Muistaakseni jo vuodesta 2009! Tästä huolimatta olen kyllä tietoinen, ettei uusivuosi minua pelasta, ei se taianomaisesti täytä kaikkia unelmiani. Ainut joka sen voi tehdä, olen minä itse. Tästä huolimatta uskon, että uuden vuoden alussa on kuitenkin jotain taikaa. Silloin kaikki olemme samassa pisteessä, yhteisöllisyys motivoi. Moni muukin hankkii sen salikortin, moni kokeilee vegaanihaastetta. Jotkut sosialisoituvat, & jotkut taas ottavat etäisyyttä.
