It's a way of Life

The truth is that I hardly ever take pictures during the winter or fall time. It's summer when you get the best portraits and colourful pictures with radiant shades of green and blue! Also, now again there are many things to remember because in the beginning of the summer something is always happening!
     We´re hosting a workawayer again but I´ll get back to that later ;) Salla will finally be a radiographer, although she´s had a real job already for a few months. Her grad party´s in the beginning of July and after that 6th of July Alex and I will be hitchiking in Europe again! More about that in my travel blog which I´m by the way going to update and renew in the near future.

Kyllä se niin on että kuvia ei tule otettua talvi- ja syyskautena. Kesä on sitä aikaa kun tietokone täyttyy värikkäillä kirkkaan sinisen ja vihreän sävyisillä kuvilla! Kesän alussa sattuu tapahtumaan aina paljon kaikkea, saa tänne bloginkin puolelle materiaalia. 
     Hostaamme taas workaway-vaihtaria, palaan siihen myöhemmin ;) Salla valmistuu vihdoin virallisesti röntgen-hoitajaksi, vaikkakin hän on ollut työelämässä jo pari kuukautta. Valmistujaisjuhlat on heinäkuun alussa, jonka jälkeen 6.7 Altsi ja minä lähdemme taas valloittamaan Eurooppaa liftaten! Siitä sitten taas lisää matkablogin puolella, jonka muuten aijon tässä lähiaikoina päivittää ja uudistaa.

Salla is now living in Helsinki and just recently found herself and Honey the dog two awesome roommates and a dream apartment in Sörnäinen. Now we got to meet the other one in our summer cottage on Salla´s birthday party. / Salla asustelee nykyään Helsingissä ja löysi itselleen ja Hanille kaksi mukavaa kämppäkaveria. Heillä on nyt unelma asunto Sörnäisissä! Viime viikonloppuna, samalla kun juhlittiin Sallan synttäreitä mökillä, tapasimme toisen kämppiksen.

And the last but not the least, my garden again! The sunflower doesn´t fit in the apartment anymore so I put it outside. / Ja viimeisimpänä muttei vähäisempänä, mun terassipuutarha jälleen! Auringonkukka ei mahtunut enää sisälle niin nyt se sitten kasvaa ulkosalla.

DogSitters

The Buzz Gastropub & Noodles House is now open in Turku!!! My old co-worker started up a new business and I've been helping there with decorations, translation and other things. Now after a few problems it's finally open and situated in Linnankatu 27.
     Driving to Turku everyday has been hard. I mean I still love to drive and listen to music but still nowadays there's too less time for family, dogs and friends. Lately I've been trying to go with less work.
    In July we'll be travelling again!! Our plan is to go to Berlin for our workawayer Sophia and also to see how Amsterdam is like on summertime. My parents are currently in Poland so we're dogsitting all of the three furry friends at their place.

Summer has started great! Let's hope for good and sunny weather, especially for Mid Summer! :)

The Buzz Gastropub & Noodles House on nyt avattu Turkuun!!! Vanha työkaverini alotti uuden bisneksen ja oon siellä ahkerasti auttanut sisustuksen, käännösten ja muiden kanssa. Nyt muutamasta mutkasta huolimatta ravintola on vihdoin auki, ja sijaistee siis Linnankatu 27:ssä.
    Turkuun ajaminen päivittäin on ollut rankkaa. Rakastan siis edelleen ajamista ja musan kuuntelemista mutta aikaa jää liian vähän perheelle, koirille ja kavereille. Viime aikoina oon yrittänyt ottaa vähemmän hommia vastaan.
    Heinäkuussa ollaan taas sitten reissun päällä!!! Suunnitelmana olis mennä meiän workaway Sophiaa tapaamaan Berliiniin, ja katsomaan miltä Amsterdam näyttää kesällä. Tällä hetkellä porukat on Puolassa niin ollaan Altsin kanssa heidän luona koiravahteina kolmen karvakaverin kanssa. 

Kesä on alkanut mukavasti puutarhatöitä tehden, toivotaan hyviä ja aurinkoisia kelejä. Varsinkin juhannukseksi! :) 

This year I've got tomatoes, spinach, basil, salad, lemon tree, parsley, mint, strawberries, chili, banana tree and flowers. / Tänä vuonna tulee tomaatteja, pinaattia, basilikaa, salaattia, sitruunapuu, persiljaa, minttua, mansikoita, chiliä, banaanipuu ja kukkia.

We prepared the summer terrace in Bhanchha Ghar which was so fun! / Bhanchha Ghar:ssa sain kivan homman laittaa terassi kesäksi kuntoon!
